We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team, focused on the sale of residential and commercial plots. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving monthly sales targets through strategic marketing and direct client interaction. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell residential and commercial plots to prospective buyers. Generate new leads through field visits, telecalling, referrals, and digital platforms. Follow up with potential clients and arrange site visits. Explain project details, pricing, legal documentation, and investment benefits to clients. Maintain regular communication with leads and existing clients. Conduct marketing campaigns through online and offline channels. Meet monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly sales reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
