Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospitals services, increasing patient footfall, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the hospitals visibility in the community. The role involves both digital and offline marketing efforts, patient engagement, and referral development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Outreach:

• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
  
• Conduct field visits to doctors, diagnostic centers, corporates, and local businesses.
  
• Develop partnerships for health camps, wellness programs, and tie-ups.
  

2. Patient Acquisition & Engagement:

• Drive OPD/IPD footfall through targeted marketing initiatives.
  
• Coordinate health check-up camps, medical awareness drives, and patient education programs.
  
• Handle patient feedback, queries, and ensure a seamless experience.
  

3. Marketing Campaigns:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor).
  
• Work with creative teams for designing brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
  
• Track and report campaign performance and ROI.
  

4. Digital Marketing:

• Coordinate with digital marketing teams/agency for SEO, SEM, social media, website content, etc.
  
• Monitor and manage hospitals online presence and reputation.
  
• Assist in content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.
  

5. Event Management:

• Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), press meets, awareness days, and in-house promotional events.
  
• Coordinate logistics and promotion for each event.
  

6. Market Research & Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and service demand.
  
• Provide insights for new service offerings or improvements.
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing performance and outreach.
