Characteristics: We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team! The candidate should be passionate about sales with excellent communication, analytical & interpersonal skills. Candidates should be hard working, result driven with aggressive and proactive sales approach. Knowledge of local market and relationships with customer base shall be a PLUS. Should be Result-oriented, Extrovert, with good attitude and a pleasant appearance. Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements): Engineering Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, or Science Graduate. Preferably with direct selling experience of at least 1-2 years from UPS/Battery/Electrical Equipment/Power industry; freshers are also welcome to apply Experience in selling power solutions or equipment a PLUS. Fluency in English and multiple Indian languages will be an added advantage. Job responsibilities: Prospect & generate new customers, achieving sales objectives in IT, Govt., Healthcare and Industrial Segments Should be capable of preparing bids against customer requirements/tenders. Gathering market intelligence for Identifying Potential Customers, understand customer requirements & offer right solutions, Manage opportunities in specific verticals and develops relationships with top customers and decision makers in the major accounts Develop close relationships with Electrical & Project Management consultants, to foster exclusive mind-share/ loyalty and drive the market. Drive product acceptance in the market through Channel-dealer-Resellers.
