Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating leads, and ensuring a strong conversion rate through effective communication and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market IELTS and immigration services to prospective clients
• Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate counselling
• Manage follow-up communication via calls, emails, and messages
• Convert leads into admissions and service registrations
• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
• Represent the institute at seminars, events, and outreach activities

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales, counselling, or marketing (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Professional, organized, and customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge of IELTS or immigration processes is an advantage
