Sales & Marketing Executive

The Admissions and Marketing Counselor is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and counseling prospective students to achieve the university's enrollment goals. This role combines effective student guidance with proactive marketing and outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and drive applications. The counselor acts as a university representative at recruitment events and maintains a strong.

• Manage and track prospective student data using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions and conversions are documented accurately.
• Review and process student applications, verifying accuracy and ensuring all required documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
• Provide timely follow-ups to nurture leads and support students throughout the entire admissions process, from inquiry to final enrollment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment and marketing strategies to achieve student enrollment targets.
• Represent the university at various recruitment events, including high school visits, college fairs, and career expos.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences about the benefits and offerings of the university.
• Coordinate on-campus events such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to marketing collateral, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, education consultants, and community organizations to build a pipeline of applicants.
