Job Description

Company Name: Chavan Group of Companies

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for refurbishment, retrofitting, and annual maintenance of firefighting systems.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing firefighting systems and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring proper execution and timely payment collection.
  • Stay updated on fire safety standards and compliance requirements.

Parking Systems:

  • Promote and sell automated and mechanical parking systems to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  • Meet architects, consultants, developers, and facility managers to generate leads and secure projects.
  • Present technical and commercial proposals; provide demonstrations when required.
  • Coordinate with design and project execution teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in parking solutions.

General Sales Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand business network and generate leads.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Management Studies (BMS)

    or equivalent.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in technical sales (experience in fire safety systems, parking systems, or infrastructure solutions preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical sales processes and project-based solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build trust and develop strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and presentation tools.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
