Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for followup leads , conducting site visits, building client relationships, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking and marketing activities Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers Maintain and update client database and follow up on leads Negotiate and close deals effectively Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in any discipline is an advantage
