Sales Marketing Coordinator - Graphic Design

Role Overview: As a Sales Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Marketing manager and Senior Sales Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and prepare responses to RFPs and RFQs in pursuit of specific opportunities in the USA. Your role will involve developing visual and written content, utilizing your creative skills in graphic design and production with Adobe InDesign, and focusing on the design and production of marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: - Produce/create marketing materials, including RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, capabilities books, case studies, resumes, and other business development tools. - Support the Pursuit Process by managing drafts, deadlines, and deliverables from receipt of RFP through kickoff and submittal to ensure a timely and distinctive proposal. - Collaborate with the Sales Marketing team to contribute to internal strategy and marketing meetings, fill in gaps, and connect the dots to support departmental initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign (Photoshop familiarity preferred), and strong graphic design/production skills. - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism/Communications preferred. - Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently. - Inherent curiosity and resourcefulness for creative problem-solving. - Ability to adapt to different work styles in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,
