We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented individuals for Sales, Marketing, and Telecalling roles to promote our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and driving property sales through effective communication and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Explain project details, features, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers.
• Maintain customer follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain excellent client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any subject, (BBA & MBA are first preferred for this post)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of local language and English preferred.
