Sales Manager/Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales and should be capable of handling client meetings, site visits, and closing property deals independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide property consultations.
• Conduct property site visits and follow up with potential buyers.
• Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and tele-calling teams for lead follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitive projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
• Knowledge of the local property market and projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.

SALARY - 15000- 45000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
