Sales Manager

• Manage and convert leads generated through digital marketing and telecalling.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their investment / residential requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate site visits.
• Present project details, location advantages, approvals, pricing, and payment plans.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively within company guidelines.
• Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers from enquiry to booking and registration.
• Coordinate with Telecallers, Site Engineers, Marketing, and Management teams.
• Guide and monitor the Telecalling / Sales team to improve conversions.
• Maintain daily sales reports, follow-up reports, site-visit reports, and booking updates.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Good knowledge of Chennai real-estate market.
• Ability to handle a sales team and achieve targets.
• Customer-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Two-wheeler / driving licence preferred.
