Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth

across the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new

business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting Leadrat's CRM

solutions, and achieving sales targets within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and other sales channels.
• Connect with real estate developers, brokers, and decision-makers to understand their business needs.
• Present and demonstrate Leadrat's CRM solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, proptech, or real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close deals.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
