Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales across residential, premium/luxury high-rise and commercial projects.
• Generate and convert leads through direct sales, references, digital enquiries and channel partners.
• Handle customer enquiries, presentations, site visits, negotiations and closures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversions.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to project sales growth.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM and project teams for a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and regular sales reports.

Eligibility:

• Minimum

  1+ year experience

  in Sales.
• Candidates with experience in residential, premium/luxury or commercial real estate will be preferred.

• Female candidates with 1+ year experience in direct customer handling, customer-facing sales or business development roles are also encouraged to apply.
