Job Description

As a Vehicle Auction Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the vehicle auction process to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales performance. Your responsibilities will include organizing and overseeing auctions, maintaining excellent relationships with buyers and sellers, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to marketing efforts to attract high-quality vehicles and buyers. You will be responsible for all aspects of auction management, from organizing and coordinating auctions to handling pre-auction inspections, vehicle documentation, and condition reports. Your strong sales skills will come into play as you negotiate auction terms with buyers and sellers to achieve revenue goals and provide advice to customers on auction-related queries. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities will be key parts of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, track industry trends, and provide regular reports on auction performance and areas for improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in vehicle auctions, sales, or a similar industry. Strong negotiation and sales skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and auction software platforms are essential. A passion for automobiles, willingness to work evenings and weekends during auction events, and strong organizational skills are also required. If you have previous experience in a similar auction house or vehicle sales environment, familiarity with online vehicle auction platforms, and knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards, it would be a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The role requires a day shift schedule and willingness to travel up to 75%.
