Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager/Sr Sales Manager/BDM/SBDM, located in Bankura. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing business plans, enhancing customer service, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets. The role includes engaging with clients, mentoring sales teams, and ensuring excellent communication and service.

• Experience in Sales Operations and achieving targets
• Proven record of mentoring and leading sales teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bankura
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
