Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and managing the Individual Agency Channel (Motor/Health & Life) in the territory, as well as supporting the existing partner base. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy, coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing, conducting induction training, maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents/POS, and developing strategies to reach various market segments. You will also monitor agent performance, maintain a high active percentage of POS, control attrition of POS Agents, ensure high productivity of the team and POS, and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling partner accounts, working on various market dynamics to provide feedback for internal improvement, managing loss ratios, ensuring compliance with external bodies and authorities, internal compliance, and managing cheque bounce recovery and business pendency. The ideal candidate should have experience in agency sales in the life & health insurance sector.,
