Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and managing the Individual Agency Channel in the territory, with a focus on Motor, Health & Life insurance products. Your primary goal will be to support the existing partner base and drive Agency Channel Development for the assigned location. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy. - Coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing. - Conducting induction training and coordinating with the sales training team for product and ongoing trainings. - Developing and executing strategies to reach out to various market segments. - Monitoring Agent performance on key variables such as Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Controlling Attrition of POS Agents. - Ensuring high productivity of the team and POS while maintaining a high active percentage. - Reconciling partner accounts and coordinating with all departments. - Working on various market dynamics to provide feedback for organizational improvement. - Managing loss ratios and ensuring compliance with external bodies and internal regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agency sales within the Life & Health insurance sector. Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on KPIs and growth factors.,
