Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Varanasi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, meeting sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff, reporting on sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, Market Analysis, and Strategy Development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage and lead a team effectively Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the automobile industry is a plus Willingness to travel as needed Show more Show less
