The Sales Manager will spearhead efforts to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth for Ultrra Non-woven spunbond non-woven fabric products (S and SS materials) in industrial applications. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, fostering strategic customer relationships, and implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This position offers significant autonomy, opportunities for professional growth, and the flexibility to work remotely. Candidates with experience in the non-woven industry, particularly in spunbond fabric sales, are strongly preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Prior experience in the nonwovens industry, specifically in spunbond non-woven fabric sales for industrial applications.

  • Established network of contacts within the nonwovens sector, including traders and dealers.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management

    • Proactively engage with existing and prospective customers to promote spunbond non-woven fabric for industrial uses.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting industrial clients who utilize spunbond non-woven fabrics
    • Sales Strategy and Execution

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for spunbond non-woven fabric products.
    • Negotiate contracts, including pricing, payment terms, technical services, delivery schedules, and guarantees, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Oversee sales activities, promotions, and collections to achieve financial objectives.
    • Market an Competitive Intelligence

    • Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the nonwovens industry.
    • Analyze customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions using spunbond non-woven fabrics.
    • Contract and Project Management

    • Collaborate with the legal department to draft and finalize sales contracts with traders and dealers.
    • Define project inputs (e.g., budgets, technical specifications, timelines, and locations) and coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless execution.
    • Manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and deliver exceptional service.
    • Team Leadership and Operational Oversight

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve peak performance and establish Ultrra Non-woven as an industry benchmark.
    • Partner with production teams to address quality issues and resolve technical challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Organize commercial tours and travel (50%+ of the time) to meet sales objectives and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in field sales, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in spunbond non-woven fabric (industrial) sales and experience working with traders and dealers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the nonwovens industry, manufacturing processes, and technical product sales.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to comprehend and communicate technical specifications of spunbond non-woven fabrics (S and SS materials).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation expertise and the ability to engage with senior decision-makers
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Mindset: Process-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 50% or more to customer sites as needed.
