SALES MANAGER (South Region)

Location Base: Coimbatore (preffered)/ Chennai /Bangalore /Vijayawada
Coverage: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
Experience: 6–14 years in machinery / construction / power products sales

HTC Diesel has an array of Engines for the Construction Mixers, Water Pumps, Coffee Pulper Machines, Fishing boats, Gensets and has introduced many an industry-first innovation that reduces maintenance cost and saves up to 20% fuel, helping their customers increase daily earnings. We are also introducing Agri Drones and Agri machinery.

We are now expanding across South India tand are looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead teams, grow OEM fitment share, and create contractor-level demand.

You Will

• Lead sales teams in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, AP & Telangana
• Build and manage relationships with cement mixer manufacturers (OEMs)
• Drive pull-through demand from contractors, hirers & site influencers
• Hire, train and manage Field Sales Executives
• Coordinate service & dealer networks for fast response and trust
• Deliver monthly sales targets and regional volume growth

Who Should Apply

• 6–14 years’ experience in construction equipment, engines, tractors, gensets, pumps, or industrial machinery
• Knows how to work in unorganized contractor markets
• Speaks Tamil + either Telugu or Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Strong leadership and ground execution ability
• Willing to travel (70% of time in field)
