Sales Manager (RF & Passive Components)

Education and Language Requirements College degree or above. Majors in Electronics, Electrical Engineering (EE), or Communication Engineering are preferred (due to the need to discuss specifications with customer R&D), or a business degree with strong technical aptitude. Must possess communication skills in English and local languages. Must have sales experience in antennas and passive components. 1. 3-5+ years of sales experience in the electronic components industry; familiarity with passive components or wireless communication products is highly preferred. 2. Basic understanding of RF technology; candidates with knowledge of antenna parameters such as frequency bands, gain, and efficiency will be prioritized. 3. Experience in developing clients in Networking, Automotive, or Industrial PC (IPC) sectors is a plus.
