Job Description

Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, referrals, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
Qualify leads based on budget, buying intent, and purchase timeline.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, floor plans, and payment plans.
Follow up with customers after site visits to drive sales conversions.
Convert prospective customers into bookings and sales.
Negotiate with customers within approved pricing and discount limits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Maintain and update customer information, lead stages, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
