Job Title: Sales Manager (Freego Energy Drink & Delice Chocolate)

Location Options: Kaithal, Haryana
Salary: Above ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and district coverage) / Minimum ₹40,000
Work: Your work will be field work, you have to visit shopkeepers and retailers to add them as your client.
Interview: You have to visit our Ramgarh, Panchkula office for final Interview.

About the Company:

We are working with two premium international brands — Freego, a popular foreign energy drink with higher margins than Red Bull, Hell, and others; and Delice Chocolates, available in two rich flavors: Milky Choco and Dark Choco. Both brands are now expanding their operations in India, and we are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to establish and grow our presence across multiple districts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales across Kaithal.
• Visit shops, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell Freego and Delice products.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with shopkeepers to ensure regular orders.
• Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
• Achieve minimum monthly sales targets:
• 1,000 Patty (24 bottles each) of Freego Energy Drink
• 1,000 Cartons (12 boxes each) of Delice Chocolate
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Performance Incentives:

• Commission: If sales exceed 1,000 Patty (Freego) or 1,000 Cartons (Delice) in a month, you’ll earn commission on every additional sale — the more you sell, the more you earn.
• Attractive performance bonuses and growth opportunities as the brand expands.

Requirements:

• Must own a bike for travel and sales visits.
• Prior experience in FMCG / beverage/confectionery sales preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple districts.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: Above ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and district selection) / Minimum ₹40,000
• Commission: Unlimited earning potential based on sales performance
