Sales Manager MF / TPD Business Development

As a candidate for this position, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of Customer Financial Planning. Your role will involve suggesting the best investment options based on customer needs and profiles. Additionally, you will be responsible for boosting and developing the Business Development Team to facilitate cross-selling of various products. Setting targets for the team and ensuring achievement beyond the set targets will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will need to establish a proper reporting system and analyze sales data effectively. Your advisory role will be crucial in guiding clients towards good investment returns. Collaborating with the Business Development Team, you will design sales and marketing campaigns while identifying new tools, strategies, and training methods to enhance advisory sales. Offering operational and strategic support to branches and franchises will also be part of your duties. Conducting research and analysis on current market trends to develop effective strategies will be essential. Creating a culture of development within the sales team and implementing cost-effective measures and strategies are also key components of this role. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. A proactive attitude towards team leadership and technical proficiency are highly desirable qualities. A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling financial products is required for this position. This position is within the Business Development Department and is based in Vadodara.
