Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To successfully Implement the Sales Plan in the region
Acquisition of new customers and serve the existing customers
Expand reach into market through network and contacts
New Project identification and track new investments in the assigned territory
Competitor understanding and Market intelligence in this Industry required
Includes Project Selling, Solution Selling, Working with Dealers / Associates, Govt / PSU - handling tenders and Online bids.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

A track record of successfully planning and executing sales initiatives through both conventional and innovations
Strong business and financial acumen
BTech / BE / Diploma any discipline. An MBA / any advanced degree is good to have.
Good communication and presentation skills (English)
Knowledge and experience in selling CAPEX / capital equipment
Experience in selling to Automotive / Ecommerce / 3PL / Institutional Sales
Self-Confident, target oriented, can think proactively and be assertive.
Visionary with a driven personality, highly analytical, strategic, creative and hands-on in nature
Experience in both transactional and enterprise go-to-market models.
ROI-driven approach to marketing and strong attention to detail.
