Sales Manager (IT Managed Services)

As a Sales Manager with 15-20 years of experience in IT Managed Services, you will be responsible for managing South India, including new logo acquisitions, existing account management, SMB, enterprise, and public sector customer relationships. Your primary objective will be to achieve growth targets, exceed sales budgets, and ensure accurate forecasting by providing sales intelligence and reports for your assigned territory and verticals. You will be expected to design and execute a strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) plan aimed at expanding the client base through new work in existing accounts, new logo acquisitions, and securing large deals. Building and nurturing client relationships will be crucial, requiring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. Additionally, you will be responsible for incubating and fostering strategic partner relationships, identifying emerging opportunities and market shifts, and keeping abreast of industry offerings. Your role will also involve building, coaching, and monitoring the performance of a high-performance sales team to drive results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including solutioning, delivery, finance, pricing, and supply chain will be essential to achieving desired outcomes and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
