Sales Manager ( Interior Firm)

Responsibilities-

• Required only Industry ( Interior Firm) Candidates.
• Should have good exposure to Interior/Architecture Industry.
• Should be target Oriented and should be able to achieve M-o-M targets.
• Maximum warm leads will be given by company, you would need to call and set up face to face meeting with them to get their requirements.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Need to publish sales plans with strategies, sales forecast, daily tracker, revenue trackers, CRM reports, sales performance reports etc. regularly every month.
• Active participation in preparing presentations and presents to customers.

• Should have good exposure to Interior/Architecture Industry.
• Sales Oriented, you should surely offended if a client choses not to take your product.
• Highly self motivated and self convicted ( You should feel with every client that you are pitching them on a personal note).
• Always thinking ( If you cant sell, then someone else will sell).
• Constative selling (sell without selling)

Pay: ₹3,015,064.45 - ₹5,058,319.45 per year
