Job Description:

We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented sales officer to oversee our sales team and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
  • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
  • Contributing to meeting sales targets.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Answering customer queries.
  • Mediating disputes with customers.
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Calling potential customers to explain Insurance products and encourage purchases.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of Insurance products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Insurance.
  • Experience- 3-5 years
  • Solid understanding of policies and products.
  • Be able to provide mentorship.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
