Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the Patiala region. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication, and hands-on field sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities through field sales and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Guide and support the sales team to achieve better performance.
• Monitor sales progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (BFSI/insurance preferred).
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong commitment to achieving business goals.
