Job Description

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive membership sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotions.
Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and conversion metrics.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

Member Experience

Ensure a high-quality sales journey from inquiry to membership activation.
Handle escalated member concerns related to sales or onboarding.
Collaborate with operations and fitness teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Marketing & Outreach

Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and lead generation.
Represent Ileseum Clubs at events, corporate meetings, and community activations.
Oversee CRM usage and ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-ups.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
3 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
