Job Description

Sales Manager
Location: Andheri / Bandra, MumbaiResponsibilities:

Handle end-to-end property transaction closures, ensuring smooth deal finalization.
Negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Achieve monthly/quarterly closure targets.

We are looking to hire immediately in Mumbai for our new Luxury Residential Properties venture.

Candidate Requirements:

0-3 years of Sales Experience in Luxury Residential Properties in Mumbai.
Ideally having worked for IPCs, Developers, Brokerage Firms, etc.
Should be able to make outbound calls and meetings and also address inbound calls, emails, and inspections.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Well versed with Real Estate terminology and documentation.
Should have client handling experience for visits, inspections, meetings, etc.
Proficient with MS Office, Emails, CRM tools, etc.
Good market research skills.
Domain expertise will be South Mumbai till Juhu.
Any experience doing holiday homes or having worked in markets such as Goa, Khandala, Karjat, Lonavala, Pawna, Alibaugh will be a plus.
