sales manager for FMCG

• We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Officer (FMCG Sales) with
• strong experience in channel sales, distributor appointments, direct retailing, and
• vendor acquisition. Candidates from the Dairy or Bakery industry will be given
• preference.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle General Trade Sales in the assigned territory.
• Appoint distributors and onboard new retailers as required.
• Execute channel sales operations and ensure primary & secondary sales
• achievement.
• Manage direct retailing, market visits, and product placement.
• Ensure timely collection from vendors and maintain healthy credit cycles.
• Acquire new vendors, expand retail coverage, and strengthen market presence.
• Coordinate with the sales team for targets, schemes, and promotions.
• Maintain excellent relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel
• partners.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (Channel Sales / Distributor
• Appointment / Direct Retailing / Vendor Acquisition).
• Experience in Dairy or Bakery industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage collections efficiently.
• Graduate in any discipline.
