Sales Manager –for Baby & Maternity Photography Studio

Little Feet Studio is dedicated to capturing the most precious moments of babies, children, and expecting mothers through creative and high-quality photography. We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team and play a key role in building strong client relationships, driving bookings, and enhancing our brand presence.

Role Overview:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving studio sales by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from their first interaction with us. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to client enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by clearly presenting photography packages and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Plan and execute effective sales strategies to boost studio revenue.
• Work closely with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and referral initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Ensure a seamless client experience from the initial enquiry through to post-shoot delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in photography, hospitality, or service-based industries.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a diligent follow-up approach.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• A customer-focused attitude with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Must submit a CV along with samples of past sales or work experience relevant to the role.
