Sales Manager – Fabrication Workshop

About Us:
We are a fast-growing fabrication workshop delivering high-quality customized solutions for various industries. To drive our business forward, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can take full ownership of sales and client development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Maintain and expand a strong client database in an organized manner.
• Understand client requirements, obtain drawings, and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
• Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in fabrication / engineering / industrial products.
• Strong ability to generate leads and maintain a structured client list.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and fabrication requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
