Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to teamMaintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamwork
Stay updated on industry trends, travel products & destination information to provide accurate advice and recommendations
.Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize processes & improve customer experience.
