2+ years experience in any Dental Industry
Duties And Responsibilities:
1. Capable to lead a team of Marketing executives from different levels of experience.
2. Should be Energetic, smart and presentable.
3. Should be able to convince and convert and successfully close New business from all mode of customer’s.
4. Fluent in English, Hindi and in Malayalam. Additional language expertise will be an added advantage.
5. Should be ready to work on a Target based turnover and sales achievement.
6. Ready to work under pressure.
7. Prepare and share regular business report with Daily/Weekly/Monthly plans.
8. Good temperament.
9. Explore and add new businesses by introducing new strategies.
10. Able to run schemes and there by generating the sales without compromising the budget.
11. Responsible for selling the slow moving items by introducing special schemes and marketing activities.
12. Closing a business deal with utmost customer satisfaction.
13. Should be able to reach out to the Dental Labs, Dealers in order to promote the business network.
14. Planning and attending conferences, CDE or Trade Expo’s with a flare of making maximum sales.
15. Attending periodical training’s and ensure to provide a refresher training to new and existing staff’s.
16. Timely feedback about the market pulse and should support the management in making crucial planning and decision’s.
