Position Overview:

   Sales Manager Coatings (South Region)

• Location:

   South India (Preferred base: Chennai, Bengaluru)

• Department:

   Sales

• Reporting To:

   Regional Sales Head / Business Director

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by:

• Managing and nurturing key customer accounts
• Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
• Offering technical consultation and support to clients in the coatings, paints, and inks sectors

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• 12-15 years of B2B sales experience in raw materials for coatings, paints, inks, or allied industries
• Solid technical expertise in coating systems and raw material functionalities
• Established professional network within the coatings and paints industry in South India
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated leadership with a strategic and result-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, accountable, and customer-focused
• Open to extensive travel across the region

• Experience Required:

   12 to 15 years
