Sales Manager / Client Advisor / Luxury Real Estate Sales

Role Overview: You will be joining Saturn Realcon Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based premium luxury Real Estate advisory/channel partner company with a strong presence in India, Singapore, and the USA. Your role will involve connecting luxury real estate developers with the right clientele, including NRIs and HNIs worldwide, through data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills. - Maintain a professional and polished appearance. - Utilize excellent knowledge of geographical locations in Bangalore and industry trends in Luxury Real Estate. - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals within the luxury real estate segment. - Showcase luxury properties to clients through presentations, property tours, and exclusive events. - Negotiate terms and conditions of sale with prospective buyers to achieve sales targets. - Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications: - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field. - 2+ years of experience in Luxury Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role. - Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills. - Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceptional service and achieving results. - Experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales or similar roles is a plus. - Seeking a dynamic individual with a professional appearance, excellent presentation skills, sharp intellect, and in-depth knowledge relevant to the role.,
