Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with hospitals, medical institutions . Conduct high-level negotiations and close large-scale deals. Ensure you meet and exceeds monthly and quarterly sales goals. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management. Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance brand positioning. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales support Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical equipment, healthcare, or industrial sales. Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
