Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR Recruitment Specialist who will take ownership of our hiring pipeline. This role is critical in helping us build a strong, reliable, and mission-aligned workforce by sourcing and onboarding top talent across departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: from understanding job requirements to successful onboarding. Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Internshala, networking, and direct outreach. Draft clear, attractive job descriptions and manage job postings across multiple platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interview rounds. Maintain structured databases of applicants, track hiring metrics, and provide regular hiring reports. Coordinate campus hiring, internship programs, and recruitment drives for sales, technical, and support roles. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment funnel. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop long-term talent pipelines. What We're Looking For: 13 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to juggle multiple roles and hiring timelines simultaneously. Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS tools. Passionate about building great teams and delivering a seamless hiring experience. Preferred But Not Mandatory: Experience hiring for sales, marketing, or technical roles. Prior exposure to startup or healthcare environments. Knowledge of HR compliance and onboarding best practices.
