As a Sales Manager B2B at Raafiaura, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the wholesale, retail, and professional skincare sectors. Raafiaura is a premium skincare brand that focuses on delivering effective, clean, and luxurious skincare solutions enriched with nature's best ingredients. Your responsibilities will include identifying, approaching, and onboarding potential B2B clients such as dermatologists, salons, spas, beauty retailers, and distributors. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients will be essential. You will conduct product presentations, demos, and trainings for client teams while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Tracking the sales pipeline, gathering client feedback, and preparing regular sales reports will be part of your routine. Collaborating with the team to tailor solutions for clients and representing Raafiaura at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events are also key aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the skincare, beauty, wellness, or FMCG sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, self-motivation, and target orientation are qualities that will help you succeed in this role. Staying updated with market trends and competitor activities will be crucial for your success.
