Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving room and banquet sales to maximize revenue at Dimora Kozhikode. This role involves identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring consistent growth in both corporate and leisure segments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate, travel agency, and event segments.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings regularly.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Banquet, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare and present sales reports to the General Manager on a weekly/monthly basis.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Negotiate rates and packages for group bookings, events, and long stays.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
