Sales Manager - Agency /Channel - Insurance

You are invited to join a reputed insurance company in India as a Sales Manager or Sr. Sales Manager. The company is well-known in the insurance industry and is looking for talented individuals to join their team. The available positions are based in Bangalore, Thrissur, Kottayam, and Mangalore, offering a flexible notice period of 0-15 days. As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include developing strategic business and sales plans to ensure company goals are achieved. You will be involved in initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to enter new markets, as well as assisting in implementing marketing strategies. Additionally, you will review the performances of agents and provide support to help them improve their sales performance. One of the key aspects of the role is business development, where you will be required to establish new business by recruiting agents for the company. You will need to develop and maintain relationships with these agents to achieve the best possible outcomes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing periodic training to the recruited agents about the company's products and processes. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for maintaining records of sales and pricing, creating and presenting proposals, and controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines. Your role will also involve managing Management Information Systems (MIS) to track and analyze relevant data. The company's product offerings include Motor insurance, Non-Motor insurance, General insurance, and Health insurance.
