Job Description

The Agency Associate Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents or advisors. The role focuses on driving sales, achieving targets, and building a strong agent network for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
Provide training and development to the recruited advisors.
Drive sales through advisors to meet and exceed business targets.
Monitor and support advisors in achieving their goals.
Plan and execute local marketing activities to generate leads.
