Sales Hunter AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity & Microsoft Solutions

As a Sales Hunter at BXI Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity services. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, pitching, and closing new logos, as well as expanding business across India, US, Europe, and the Middle East markets. You must have a strong network within the Microsoft ecosystem, expertise in Microsoft pricing and licensing, and a proven track record of acquiring new logos and closing large deals. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end sales process by prospecting, pitching, and closing new logos. - Sell Microsoft Azure, M365, Security, and AI services leveraging co-sell & incentive programs. - Expand business in India, US, Europe, and Middle East markets. - Own revenue targets and establish CXO-level relationships. - Collaborate with technical teams to provide AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions. - Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management. - Represent BXI at Microsoft and industry events. Required Skills: - 7+ years of experience in IT services sales focusing on Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity. - Strong connections within the Microsoft ecosystem. - Expertise in Microsoft pricing, licensing, and partner programs. - Familiarity with AI/ML, Zero Trust, hybrid/multi-cloud solutions. - Proven success in acquiring new logos and closing large deals. - Excellent negotiation, proposal development, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in GenAI, Blockchain, and advanced cybersecurity technologies. - Exposure to working with global enterprise customers.
