scheme. The project is strategically positioned near

IMT Kharkhoda

, one of Haryana’s fastest-growing industrial zones, with strong demand driven by industrial expansion, infrastructure growth, and workforce housing needs.Role Description

• End-to-end sales for Sonipat & Kharkhoda

• Direct plot closures from site visits & walk-ins

• Building and managing broker & channel partner networks

• Leading site sales teams and driving daily performance

• Negotiations, bookings, and revenue accountability

• Acting as the face of Riverwood in the local market

Who We’re Looking For

• 7–12 years experience in real estate sales

• Strong background in plotted developments / DDJAY / floors

• Deep local knowledge of Sonipat, Kundli, Kharkhoda, Panipat belt

• Proven closing track record (not just coordination)

• Existing broker relationships preferred
