Description
Role & responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors . Establish partnerships with contractors, builders, EPC firms, Consultants, and OEMs . Meet potential clients, understand their technical and commercial requirements , and offer customized solutions. Work closely with the design and engineering team to provide technical recommendations. Prepare and present commercial proposals , negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. Build and manage a high-performing sales team , ensuring achievement of revenue targets. Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting . Develop strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and key stakeholders . Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of LT Panels, switchgear, MCC, PCC, APFC panels , and related electrical equipment. Ability to read electrical drawings and suggest customized solutions. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, solution selling, and contract negotiation . Experience in dealing with corporate clients, EPCs, and government tenders is preferred. Deep knowledge of the electrical industry, market players, and industry regulations .
