Sales Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Operations

• Lead day-to-day operations across the retail store network.

• Ensure consistent execution of retail processes and operating standards.

Sales & Store Performance

• Drive store sales, productivity and overall business performance.

• Monitor store-level performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Experience

• Maintain consistent customer service and in-store experience across locations.

• Ensure products and brand presentation reflect Almond House standards.

Merchandising & Inventory

• Coordinate product availability, merchandising and store-level inventory requirements.

• Work with Production and Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability.

Expansion & Projects

• Support new store launches, relocations, renovations and retail expansion initiatives.

• Coordinate with Operations and Projects teams for smooth execution.

Team & Performance Management

• Lead, guide and develop retail teams across locations.

• Establish performance expectations and review store performance regularly.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in retail operations / retail management.

• Experience in F&B, food, FMCG, premium retail or multi-location businesses preferred.

Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of multi-location retail operations.

• Understanding of sales, footfall, conversion, average bill value and category performance.

• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management and store processes.

• Strong retail MIS and performance-analysis skills.

Business & Operational Skills

• Strong operational planning and execution skills.

• Ability to improve store productivity, customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Strong problem-solving and commercial understanding.

Leadership & Communication

• Strong team leadership and people-management skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Ability to work closely with VP – Operations and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
