Job Description
Greet and Handle customer in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and assist in selecting jewellery accordingly.
Provide detailed information on products, pricing, offers and services.
Maintain stock display, cleanliness and overall showroom presentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with back office and inventory teams for smooth operations.
Requirement:
Minimum 0-2 years of retail sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamond and silver jewellery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
