Work Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in jewellery sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive attitude focussed on customer satisfaction.

Skills And Requirements:

• Manage client incoming phone calls.
• Generate sales leads.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
• Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understand key customer individual needs and address these.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Greet customers as they arrive at the store/counter and ask them how they would like to be assisted
• Listen to customers’ requirements closely and provide them with information on available pieces and sets
• Show customers their desired pieces and provide information such as setting types, stones, and cuts
• Assist customers in making decisions to buy jewelry pieces or sets and suggest alternatives and complementing pieces with clothes and other accessories
• Lead customers through the buying process by boxing, wrapping, and bagging their purchases
• Assist the cashier by providing pricing information according to weight (in cases of gold and silver jewelry) and processing cash and credit card transactions
• Ensure that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage palaces at the end of the day- Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle two or more customers at a time are also essential if you want to work in this position.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Send Daily pic n update status.(Welcome,Balance,Sales,Payment,Receipt Orders etc.)
• Cleaning of Stock
• Update Daily Approval Stock
• Update clients on payment/receipts.
• Any other work as assigned by management.
• Help & Coordinate each other.
